Greg Clarke has an enviable history in the commercial property business.
With a real estate career stretching back more than 20 years, primarily focused on commercial sales and leasing and most recently as the General Manager for NAI Harcourts leading the commercial business for Harcourts across the country, Greg has the knowledge and expertise to offer appropriate solutions for most situations.

Prior to entering real estate in 1990, Buen enjoyed a successful career as an engineering surveyor (laterally in management). His initial specialisation has been in residential properties and from 1993 branched into commercial real estate conducting commercial leasing, business broking and sale of investment properties.
Buen is a dedicated real estate professional who has a high degree of both technical and practical expertise in all aspects of real estate. He is held in high regard by both the vendors and purchasers he has been involved with as well as his fellow managers and salespeople.
Born and raised in Nadi Fiji, Shantilal qualified in book keeping from the Royal Society of Arts, London and in 1968 joined Desai Book Depot as an accountant. This lead onto a position in the family business of Lullabhai & Sons as the General Manager. In 1981 Shantilal started his own business known as “Keen Pacific Distributors”. In 1992 Shantilal qualified as a Registered and Licensed Insurance Agent, representing Colonial Life Fiji Ltd, Colonial Health Care, Blueshield (Pacific) Insurance Ltd, Tower Insurance Ltd, National Bank of Fiji Ltd, Colonial First State Investments (Fiji) Ltd.
In 2001 Shantilal decided to relocate to New Zealand and after completing his Real Estate salespersons Certificate he joined Harvey’s New Lynn Office and then in September 2010 joined the Remax Gold, Glen Eden Office and from April 2014 joined Blue Fern Realty Ltd trading as Harcourts Henderson. His wide background in accounting and insurance has been of great benefit to him in his role as a real estate sales person with a sound background in property investment. He has been very successful in his time in real estate and has a list of successful sales, happy purchasers and vendors to his credit.

This ability, to overcome the obstacles that get in the way and still maintain a focus on the end result is just a part of Paul’s skills for clients.
Buildings, whether commercial or residential, have been a part of Paul’s life for many years as his partner is a registered Architect and frequent discussions have been held regarding their design, useage and fit for purpose. Sometimes work related issues are more than just a passing interest.
