Phil studied Marketing at Massey University and spent many years in Marketing for National and International brands, including Shell, Goodman Fielder, The Motor Trade association and briefly as a retailer, before choosing the Real Estate industry. He quickly confirmed the benefits of Profile Marketing for the sale of properties, and rapidly established a record of success for his clients.
Phil and his wife Cheryl have operated a Harcourts Franchise since 2002. They and their team grew the Company now known as Blue Fern Realty into a significant player in the West Auckland Real Estate market with Residential offices in Henderson, Henderson Heights, Glen Eden, and Swanson Road. Blue Fern also operate separate Commercial and Property Management divisions. Their influence can be seen throughout West Auckland.
